If you would like to return or exchange a product, please fill out a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). We cannot process your return without a valid RMA number Shipping charges are not refundable.Indicate the product(s) you are returning and reason for return.
Please inform us if you would like to return your product(s) for an exchange, refund, or MyPhresh credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the products that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. If you are requesting an exchange, we will send your replacement product(s) free of charge.
If the product(s) you request is no longer available when the return is processed, we will issue you MyPhresh credit instead. If a credit is not what you want, you can request for a refund or a different product(s).If you are requesting a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the product(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. All returned products must be in the original condition you received them in. WE DO NOT accept garments that have be worn or laundered.
